“ I took my daughter and dog to Devizes Wharf as it had been over 5 years since I last visited. I was shocked to find the cafe at the Trust was closed down. So we carried on with our walk down to the Caen locks, and my daughter insisted we stopped by. We ordered 2x cheese toasties and a Latte and apple juice, it was all lovely and reasonably priced, staff were nice and happy. We look forward to returning in a couple of months. ”

“ This is a lovely café in a fantastic location. Lots of options to choose from on the menu and all looked delicious. The staff were very friendly and the area was kept very clean. As it was a lovely morning on our visit it was a little busy, the queue went down quickly however so it wasn't a problem. This is a great place to stop if you are visiting the locks. ”

“ Very friendly staff. Substantial choice of food and beverages at a very good price! But on a hot day like today I needed a cold drink and an ice cream... Of which there was a good selection. I personally recommend the blackcurrant and clotted cream. Plenty of outdoor seating with a view as well as a few tables inside ”

“ Cream tea for two, only 8.95. With four (small) scones, clotted cream and strawberry jam, with a beautiful view. ”

“ Great spot to stop on a bike ride or walk out of Devizes ( or the Caravan Camping site 2.5 miles the other way) for a snack or ice cream. Lovely toastie and a sweet potato/red pepper soup. Nice view across the amazing lock systems. ”

“ I came a big family group and everyone’s food was delicious. Very hot soup and lovely fresh cheese scones. Generous serving of cheese in the toasties. Clearly lots of the customers were regulars and I can see why they go back. ”

“ Ordered coffee, fruit tea and a hot chocolate. All nice and hot. They had cakes and hot filled baps and dog ice cream. There was quite a queue on Sunday as it was a nice day. I have not rated the food as I did not have any. Jubilee woods is nearby. ”
